Description
The Xtra Seal 17-113 TR13 Vulc-On Replacement Valve is a rubber-base replacement valve for inner tubes with .453" valve stem holes. Made from high-grade EPDM rubber, it features a vulcanizing rubber base designed to be hot or chemically bonded onto damaged inner tubes. Max inflation 65 PSI.
