Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and account details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and company name if you provide one.
  • Order details: the products you buy, order history, delivery instructions, discount codes used, and free gift selections.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive limited information such as the payment type, the last four digits of a card, and billing address. We do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, through our contact forms or chat, and any files you attach.
  • Marketing choices: whether you have signed up for our emails.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as IP address, general location based on IP address, browser and device type, pages and products viewed, search terms, items added to the cart, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected with cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Similar Technologies" below).

Information from other sources

  • Online marketplaces: if you buy one of our products on Amazon, eBay or Walmart, the marketplace shares the order and shipping details we need to fulfill your order.
  • Service providers: for example, fraud screening results from our payment providers and delivery status from shipping carriers.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: for example, information about how you interacted with our ads.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and ship orders, handle returns and refunds, and send order and shipping updates.
  • To create and manage your customer account.
  • To answer questions and provide customer support.
  • To run the Site, including the cart, free gift offers and other shopping tools, and to fix problems.
  • To prevent fraud, spam and misuse, and to keep the Site secure.
  • To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • To send marketing emails if you have signed up, and to show you ads for our products on other websites and apps.
  • To comply with the law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below.

  • Our store platform: the Site runs on Shopify, which hosts the Site, processes checkout, and provides our customer accounts, email marketing (Shopify Email) and chat (Shopify Inbox). Learn more in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Payment providers: Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay, to process your payment and screen for fraud.
  • Shipping partners: ShipStation (our shipping software) and the carriers that deliver your order: USPS, UPS, FedEx and Spee-Dee Delivery.
  • Apps that help run the store: for example, apps for our cart and free gift offers, shipping rates, printing packing slips, showing reviews, and listing our products on Amazon, eBay and Walmart (Listing Mirror and Shopify Marketplace Connect).
  • Advertising and analytics partners: Google (including Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising). These partners receive information about your use of the Site through their tags and pixels to measure our ads and show you ads on other sites. See "Your Advertising Choices" below.
  • Spam protection: some forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or when we believe sharing is needed to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent: in any other case where you ask us to or agree to it.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies that make the Site work, such as keeping items in your cart, signing you in, and completing checkout.
  • Analytics and preference cookies that help us understand how the Site is used and remember your settings.
  • Marketing cookies and pixels from our advertising partners that measure our ads and help show you relevant ads.

For details on the cookies our store platform sets, see Shopify's cookie list. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without essential cookies.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: there is no common standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them. Where the law requires it, our store platform treats a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

Your Advertising Choices

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels and cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising", under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time:

Opting out through the Site applies to the browser and device you use. You may still see ads that are not based on your activity.

Marketing Emails

If you sign up for our emails, we will send you news about products, promotions and discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us. We will still send emails about your orders and account.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Minnesota and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Get a list of the categories of third parties we share your information with.
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request.

To make a request, email customerservice@ts-warehouse.com with the subject "Privacy Request", or write to the address above. We will confirm your identity before completing a request, usually by matching information we already have, such as your email address and order details. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that the agent has your permission. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not use your personal information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based only on automated processing. Our payment providers use automated tools to screen orders for fraud.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, such as keeping order records for accounting, tax, warranty and return purposes, and as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Checkout and payments run on Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant platform, and card details are handled by our payment providers. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is meant for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other Websites and Marketplaces

The Site may link to other websites, such as manufacturer pages and product documents. If you buy from us on Amazon, eBay or Walmart, that marketplace's privacy policy also applies to your purchase. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other companies.

Where Information Is Stored

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may store and process personal information in the United States, Canada and other countries.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make significant changes, we may also let you know on the Site or by email.
