This one measures 12 by 4 inches on a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern, rated to carry 1520 lbs, finished in white with red and blue pin stripes.
Built to the high speed rating, so it is at home on highway tows rather than yard duty only.
The modular center puts more steel between the lug holes than a spoked wheel does, which is what lets it carry a higher rating on the same diameter. If your trailer runs near its axle limit, this is the construction to be on.
Fitment runs a 2.8 inch center hole, 0 inch offset, 2.5 inches of backside spacing. Those three numbers decide whether a wheel clears your hub and brakes, so check them against what is on the trailer now rather than going by diameter alone.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BOLT PATTERN
This wheel is 4 on 4 (4x101.6 mm), which means 4 studs arranged on a 4 inch circle. Because this hub has an even number of studs, every stud has one directly opposite it. Measure from the center of one stud straight across to the center of the stud opposite, and that measurement is your circle diameter.
Measure the hub on the trailer rather than the wheel currently fitted, because the wheel already on it may be the wrong one.
Watch for a 4 on 4.5, which is only a half inch larger and is the most common mix-up on small trailer hubs.
A wheel forced onto the wrong pattern will not seat on its lug seats correctly, and a wheel that is not seated can come off in service. If your measurement does not land on this pattern, do not order this wheel.
