Engineered with 3M’s proprietary ceramic abrasive grain blended into molded, flexible bristles, this 2-inch 120-grit (Fine) bristle disc effortlessly cleans, deburrs, and strips paint, rust, gasket materials, adhesives, and weld burns without gouging or undercutting the base metal.
Designed as a vastly safer alternative to traditional wire wheels and brushes, the Scotch-Brite Bristle Disc will not shed dangerous wire filaments during high-speed operation (rated up to 25,000 RPM). Its flexible bristles conform seamlessly to complex contours, tight radiuses, and detailed parts, continuously exposing fresh, sharp abrasive as they wear down to deliver a uniform finish throughout the life of the disc. Equipped with the quick-change 3M Roloc (TR) Attachment System, it twist-locks securely onto compatible Roloc backup pads for rapid disc swap-outs. Ideal for automotive repair, engine rebuilding, aerospace, and general metal fabrication on aluminum, steel, and alloy metals.

- Twist locks onto a 2 inch Roloc TR pad such as the 3M 05539 disc pad assembly, ready for a die grinder or drill. The fine 120 grade is for finish work and light cleanup where surface appearance matters.
- Injection molded nylon bristles carry abrasive all the way through and flex around curves and tight detail without wire filaments to break loose.
