Two inches of coarse cutting power for the tight spots a bigger disc cannot reach. The 3M Scotch-Brite Roloc Surface Conditioning Disc 07480 clears rust, scale, coatings and stuck gasket material and leaves a burr free surface that is ready for paint, primer or a fresh seal.
The nonwoven web conforms to whatever it is riding over, so corners, radiuses and contoured panels come out even. Roloc TR attachment makes disc changes fast, which matters when a job runs through several grades.
