Description

Get a worn stud gun back to full speed with the 0382 large repair kit for #10 tire stud guns. It packs the wear parts that take the most abuse in a busy studding season, so you can refresh the head and piston seals in one go.

Inside are six 0126 pressing springs, three 0084 external fingers, two 0087 O-rings, two 0088 piston O-rings, one 0092 large piston cup and one 0136 feed tube O-ring. The kit fits the 10G and other AS-9 style guns, plus the Bruno Wessel TSIT-9 and TSIT-11, which use the same part numbers.

Run the gun at 95 to 110 PSI and add a couple drops of air tool oil to the air inlet daily for the longest life from the gun and its internal parts. The head is spring-loaded, so have a trained tech handle the rebuild.

This listing includes one 0382 large repair kit. The stud gun is not included.
