Description
The argument for EZ-sensor is inventory. One programmable Schrader 21298 covers a large share of the TPMS-equipped vehicles on North American roads, which means one line item on your shelf instead of a wall of vehicle-specific part numbers. Schrader launched EZ-sensor in 2010 as the industry's first patented programmable OEM-replacement sensor, and the family now covers over 100 million vehicles. It programs, relearns and verifies with common TPMS tools including the TECH200, TECH300SD, the TECH400 series, TECH500 and TECH1000. Programming is required before the sensor goes into the wheel. Schrader has been developing on-board pressure monitoring since 1991 and is now a Sensata Technologies brand, with more than 190 million sensors in service and coverage across over half of global OEM vehicle platforms.
