The Schrader 6284-25PK valve extension brings the valve out to where a tech can get a chuck on it, running 2-7/32 inches. Metal construction rather than plastic, because vibration and impact crack the plastic ones inside a season. Pack of 25. Match the length to the wheel, since an over-long extension is something to snag on.
