Description

The REMA TIP TOP RAD-135 is a 4 ply center-over-injury radial repair unit for crown, shoulder and sidewall injuries in radial tires. A fully integrated blue bonding layer and rayon cord reinforcement give you a permanent, flex-resistant repair.

It works with chemical and hot vulcanizing systems alike: Special Blue Cement for a cold cure, MTR Solution in a hot setup. An airtight top rubber layer holds air, and the cord ends are capped with a special compound that fights flex cracking and helps prevent bulging and dimpling. Pair it with the matching REMA stem and carbide cutter, and size it from REMA's RAD 100 section repair chart.

This is the RAD-135: 8" x 5-7/8" (203 x 148 mm), 4 ply, with a 5 year shelf life.
