This is the 20R9.9 radial flap, 9.25" wide with a center valve hole for 20" rims. It fits 13.00R20, 14.00R20, 13.00-20 and 14.00-20 tires, covering radial and bias tires in the same sizes.
Fit the flap over the tube, run the valve stem through the center valve hole and mount the assembly so the flap lies flat against the rim base. Pair it with a Premium Service inner tube in the same size for a complete tube-type setup.
