Description

Logging tires take a beating from stumps, rock and slash, and the tube inside has to keep up. This natural rubber tube comes from Firestone's Forestry Special line, built for skidders and other equipment working rough ground at low pressure.

This is the 16.9R26 and 18.4R26 tube, which also fits 520/70R26 and 480/70R26, with a TR218A air/water valve set 3 in. off center. The large bore valve is rated to 150 PSI, works with liquid ballast, and the tube is made in the USA. Firestone recommends lubricating natural rubber tubes before mounting, then inflating, deflating and reinflating so the tube settles into the tire without folds.
