Description
The Artiglio Master J puts Corghi's patented Leva la Leva technology and the SMART Corghi System device into a machine priced for shops that could not previously justify touchless. Two things separate it from the imitators that market themselves as no-lever or leverless: it never touches the rim during any working phase, and it eliminates tension on the tire during demounting and mounting rather than simply working around it.
The bead demounting tool finds the bead automatically regardless of rim profile, with no contact with the wheel. A dynamic dual-disc bead breaker with patented controlled penetration places the discs radially by automatism, and the two discs move in perfectly synchronized mirror image. The axial mounting turntable clamps the wheel once and breaks both beads without flipping it, which saves a handling step on every tire.
It covers rims from 12 to 26 inches, tires up to 43.31 inches in diameter and 14 inches wide. Pedals, console, tray and wheel loading are all on the same side at a constant working height. Backed by Corghi USA's warranty, raised in April 2024 to 3 years on parts and 1 year on labor across the entire model line.
Features
- Patented Leva la Leva system with the SMART Corghi System device: never touches the rim during any working phase, and annuls tension on the tire through demounting and mounting.
- Handles rims from 12 to 26 inches, tires up to 43.31 inches in diameter and 14 inches wide, in conventional, low profile and run-flat construction.
- Dynamic dual-disc bead breaker with patented controlled penetration delivering 7600 N of force, a 457 mm breaking range and a 450 mm stroke, with the two discs perfectly synchronized.
- 2-speed motoinverter drive producing 1100 Nm of turntable torque at 7 to 18 RPM, with an ergonomic console that sets rim diameter electronically to position the tools.
- Axial mounting turntable clamps the wheel once and breaks both beads without turning it over, and the standard pneumatic wheel lifter handles wheels up to 85 kg.
