This is the 8 x 15 WES (8-15B), metric designation TSC 8x15/3, with a 15mm overall length, a 13mm body, an 8.0mm base, a 6.9mm shaft and a 5.5mm pin. Its multi-flange body gives the tire rubber several edges to grab, and the tungsten carbide pin does the work on the ice.
Set them with the TSIT-9 stud gun and K-5A stand. Prep the stud holes with the 0700 3.5mm drill bit and 0705 drill stop for a consistent depth on every hole.
