Xtra Seal 14-008 Chemical Vulcanizing Cement is a fast-drying, highly reactive chemical cement designed for use with all Xtra Seal tire patches, plugs, and inserts. Formulated for chemical or heat vulcanization, it creates a permanent molecular bond. Includes six (6) 8 oz brush-top cans per pack.
