Xtra Seal 12-331 2-1/4" x 3/8" Bow Tie Vulcanizing Inserts fill tire puncture injuries in radial and bias-ply tires. Designed to be installed with an open-eye needle and vulcanizing cement, these rubber bowtie inserts vulcanize chemically to fuse permanently with tire rubber, sealing out moisture and air.
