Description
The Haltec bead seater is a one piece rubber tube for mounting hard to seat radial, bias belted and conventional truck tires. Lubricate it, set it between rim and tire, and it forms the seal that lets air pressure drive the beads onto the rim flange. As pressure comes up the seater slides out over the rim on its own.
