The Haltec HE-201 extension brings the valve out where a tech can actually get a chuck on it, running 1-3/8" long with a 45 degree bend to clear the wheel face. Get the length right and the assembly stays balanced and the stem stays intact, which is the whole point of spending money on a good one.
