This is the TSMI #21 size, metric designation TSC 10.8-19/1, with a 19mm overall length, an 18mm body and a wide 10.8mm base flange. It fits tractor trailer, snow plow, mining and loader tires molded for #21 studs. If the size is not marked, measure the stud hole depth and match it to the 18mm body length.
Seated correctly, only the carbide pin and a sliver of the body show above the tread, and the rubber clamps tight around the base flange to keep the stud in place. Studs seat best in new tires, since driven tires collect dirt in the stud holes.
Install them with the TSIT-11 stud gun for 11mm base flange truck studs, and speed things up with the Mini Feeder 4048T and K-5A stand.
