When a tire comes off, the stem should come off with it. Rubber ages, cracks, and eventually lets go, and replacing it at mount time costs a couple of minutes against a comeback that costs a lot more.
The Xtra Seal TR423 is the long one in the snap-in family: 2-1/2 inches of effective length, which is what you want on wheels with a deep valve pocket where a standard 1-1/4 inch stem leaves the tech reaching.
It fits the standard .453 inch rim hole and is rated to a maximum cold inflation pressure of 65 PSI, covering passenger and light truck service. Snap-in installation means a pull tool and no clamping hardware. Bagged 50 to the pack under part number 17-423-50.
