REMA TIP TOP radial repair units cover passenger, truck and OTR work, and the reason techs keep reaching for them is the Blue Bonding System. The fully integrated blue bonding layer and center over injury design mean the unit works in either chemical cold or hot vulcanizing systems, so it fits whatever process your bay already runs. Rayon tire cord reinforcement flexes with the casing instead of fighting it, an air tight top layer of rubber holds pressure, and a special compound over the cord ends keeps flex cracking away even under hard service. This unit measures 2" x 2-3/4" in 1 ply. Pair it with the matching REMA stem, carbide cutter and Special Blue Cement for a permanent repair.
