The A9830 is the step up in Corghi's swing arm range, built around a 26 inch heavy-duty stainless steel turntable. Corghi calls it a quantum leap in build quality, and the details back that up: rebuildable stainless steel cylinders instead of sealed throwaway units, a heavy-duty turntable that rotates in either direction on a two-speed drive, and a modular design that accepts a wide range of press and assist arm configurations on either side of the machine.
The bead breaker blade follows the bead to the inside rim contour, and a screw adjustment lets you set the end-of-stroke position of the pallet so force lands exactly where it should. A locking handle holds the head away from the rim, the upper arm assembly swings completely clear for wheel loading, and a built-in table inflator with jets in the jaws handles stubborn bead seating. A bead-pressing lever gives extra leverage on difficult demounts.
Also available with an air motor.
