The Xtra Seal 14-348 13/32" (10.3mm) Carbide Cutter is a heavy-duty skiving drill bit designed to clean out large puncture injuries in commercial truck tires. Features 4-1/2" overall length, carbide flutes, and standard shank. Max operating speed 1,200 RPM. Fits 14-335-38 quick-change adapters.
