Xtra Seal 13-675 3/8" Lead Wire Patch Plugs are heavy-duty 1-piece combination units for 3/8" tread injuries in truck radial and bias tires. Combines a 3/8" stem with a 2-1/8" patch base. Features gray vulcanizing gum on patch and blue gum on stem with an integrated steel lead wire. Box of 16.
