Xtra Seal 11-515 8-1/4" x 11-1/2" Oval Bias Boots are heavy-duty reinforced repair boots for large tractor, combine, and heavy industrial bias-ply tires. Engineered with high-strength flocking cords to bridge major section repairs and sidewall punctures under high payload conditions. Chemical vulcanization black gum backing.
