Xtra Seal 11-507 4-1/2" Round Bias Boots are specially designed section repair units for farm, tractor, and agricultural bias-ply tires. Reinforced with flocking cord plies, these boots provide high strength while maintaining necessary flex over rough terrain. Coated with black vulcanizing gum and white poly backing for chemical vulcanization.
